Jordan Brand isn’t limiting its “Hare Jordan” theme to the Air Jordan line, it’s also spreading the love to Carmelo Anthony’s current sneaker, the Jordan Melo M11. Here’s a first look at the Bugs Bunny-inspired colorway, which sports a light grey leather upper, complemented with a red, green, and grey tongue, arranged in a similar pattern to that seen on the Air Jordan 7 colorway that spawned the theme. The same pattern has been applied to the sock liner as well. No release info has been announced for this sneaker just yet, but stay tuned for an update.
“Hare Jordan 7”? That’s right, the grandaddy of the Air Jordan “Hare” series is quickly approaching. Last released in 2008 as part of Jordan Brand’s Air Jordan 7/16 Collezione Pack, this pair returns with many welcome arms. The upper is constructed of white leather of a light grey suede, complemented with red, green, yellow, and black accents. The sole has been molded in white and red to keep the color palette consistent. The White/Light Silver-True Red Air Jordan 7 Retro releases on May 16, priced at $190.

Just can’t get enough of the “Hare Jordan” theme? You’re in luck. Jordan Brand looks expand the series once more with a low top version of the recently re-released Air Jordan 1 “Hare”. In similar fashion to the Mid colorway, this pair sports a soft grey upper accentuated with a white swoosh and matching laces. The tongue is constructed of a bright red fabric, contrasted with light green lining and black tongue logo. The sole is molded in white and red. Very little is known about this sneaker at the moment, but stay tuned for an update.

After six years, Jordan Brand is finally bringing back one of its most popular Air Jordan 1 Retro releases to date: the Air Jordan 1 “Hare”. Originally released in 2009, this pair takes design cues from the infamous Air Jordan 7 Hare made popular by Michael Jordan’s Nike ad campaign with Bugs Bunny. Sporting a full leather upper, this pair combines an even mixture of white and tan, complemented with red graphics and matching lining. The icing on the cake is the use of a Bugs Bunny Jumpman logo in place of the traditional one. Ok, by now most of you are well aware that the Air Jordan VIIs are referred to as the “Hares”, but did you that back in the day, Nike actually produced a Hare Jordan designed for Bugs himself? Taking the Bordeaux VIIs, they fully extended and widened the sneaker to fit his caricaturized rabbit foot. Also, notice the that the Jumpman has been replaced with a silhouette of Bugs. Back in ’98, these could be found on display at Niketown Chicago, but now they are located at Nike Headquarters in Beaverton, OR, inside the Michael Jordan Building. From Jordansdaily.
