Reminder – Air Jordan XX8 New Colorways Releasing Tomorrow

Just a quick reminder that tomorrow will mark the release of two new Air Jordan XX8 colorways, Black/Bright Crimson and Black/White-Gym Red-Anthracite. Both colorways will only be available at select stores, and while most of those stores implemented the ticketing system, you may be able to get a stray pair or two. They will also be available online. If all else fails, you can always get these on eBay. Good luck!

In addition to the Black/Bright Crimson colorway, Jordan Brand will also release this much more creative Black/White Gym Red-Anthracite design. This pair features a Red and white graphic print over a black base, matched with a black inner bootie and red tongue logo. This pair will be available in select stores and online on April 27. For those of you looking to cop online, expect this pair to release at 8:00 AM.

Air Jordan XX8 – White/ Black-Photo-Blue

The Air Jordan XX8 gets perforated with this upcoming release. This pair features a bright white shroud, which has received a number of dots to form what looks like a star cluster. The inner bootie, eyelets and laces have been colored Photo Blue complemented with Black and orange sole. This pair will release alongside its camouflage-covered counterpart on May 15, also retailing for $250. Which pair do you like more?

Jordan Brand Classic 2013 Air Jordan XX8 Colorways and Uniforms – First Look

For the 12th consecutive year, Jordan Brand will hold its annual Jordan Brand Classic basketball game, which features collegiate talent from all over the country. In addition, players will also wear two very special colorways of the Air Jordan XX8. Players on the West team will wear a Red/Gold color scheme, while the East will sport a black/gold design. Both pairs have been wrapped in a beautiful shattered glass print. There’s no word yet on if these will actually release, but at least we’ll be able to get a glimpse of both pairs on April 13 by watching the Jordan Brand Classic on ESPN.

Rare Air – Air Jordan XX8 “Joker” Black/White

Here’s an Air Jordan XX8 colorway that has somehow managed to escape the radar- that is, until now. Apparently, this sneaker actually made it to select stores, but for one reason or another, Jordan Brand pulled the plug. Called “The Joker”, this pair features a soft purplish color on shroud and inner bootie as well, which has also received bright green graphics. Inner portion of the shroud is black and white, which matches the sole. It still remains unknown as to how many pairs of these were actually produced.

Air Jordan XX8 “Knicks” PE

With the success of both Jordan Brand athlete Carmelo Anthony and the New York Knicks, it should come as no surprise to see a few Knicks-themed Air Jordans. Spike Lee was spotted wearing this pair of Knicks Air Jordan XX8 last night at the Knicks-Lakers game. As you can see, this pair is basically two color schemes in one. While both pairs have a black shroud and midsole, the left sneaker has a blue bootie, white while right one has been covered in orange. There’s no word on if these will actually release, but it’s definitely a nice concept.

Air Jordan XX8 – Packaging

You’ve seen the shoe, but what about the box? Here’s a detailed look at the packaging for the upcoming Air Jordan XX8. The XX8s will come packaging in a black slider box, which has the “XX8″ logo stamped on the side. Also, each sneaker has received an individual gym bag, similar to what we’ve seen on previous models like the Air Jordan XIX. Expect the first colorway of the Air Jordan XX8 to drop on February 15 in Houston, and nationwide on February 16.

Air Jordan XX8 “All Star” First Look

It’s only been a few days since we got our first look at the Air Jordan XX8, but no we have an early glimpse of what looks to be next year’s NBA All-Star Game version. The pic isn’t the best, they appear to have a textured bright red shroud, with white on the under side. Unzipping the shroud reveals a red upper as well. A black and white sole can also be seen. There’s no telling which players will be wearing these, but don’t be surprised if CP3 decides to rock them during All-Star weekend. From Rell Walk.
