We knew it was just a matter of time, but Jordan Brand is finally giving the Air Jordan 7 the Doernbecher treatment. As usual, the this colorway was designed by a patient at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, Damien Phillips. It takes inspiration from Damien’s love for the guitar, which can be seen on the sneaker’s icy clear outsole.
These are only leaks pictures, but expect to see detailed images soon. Nike will officially unveil the Air Jordan 7 Doernbecher on October 28 in Oregon at its annual Doernbecher Freestyle auction. An official release date has not yet been announced, but expect the sneaker to release along with Nike’s 2016 Doernbecher collection. What’s your opinion on this new Doernbecher Air Jordan release?
