Earlier in the month, we got a look at an Air Jordan 1 colorway designed to celebrate Black History Month 2016. Now it appears that Jordan Brand has plans to release not just one, but two Air Jordan 1 colorways dedicated to Black History Month. Here’s a detailed look at the Air Jordan 1 Nouveau BHM.
Unlike many Nouveau releases which utilize suede, this pair features mostly black leather construction, accentuated with a vibrant multi-colored African tribal pattern. The Air Jordan “Wings” logo has been embroidered in brown, with the same color used for the “BHM” logo, which has been placed on the tongue.
The Air Jordan 1 High Nouveau BHM hits stores on January 16, with retail pricing set at $150. If you’d like to get your hands on a pair a little earlier, many sizes have already began to surface on eBay. Here’s a link to the search listings.
