After a seven-year absence from store shelves, the Air Jordan 11 “Concord” is finally returning. Sure, we did receive a low top version back in 2014 that matched the pair worn by MJ during the 95-96 Bulls’ ring ceremony, but you just can’t beat the original. Let’s take a look at the upcoming sneaker.

Air Jordan 11 Concord

Just like MJ’s first return to the NBA, this pair sports his short-lived number “45” on the back. White leather and mesh is contrasted with beautiful black patent leather and lining, while the iconic fat white laces remain intact. Staying as close to the original version as possible, the once forbidden “Nike Air” logo returns to the sneaker’s black insoles. A concord Jumpman logo on the tongue provides subtle additional contrast, while the iconic icy clear outsole gives the design a clean finish.

You’ll be able to purchase the Air Jordan 11 Concord later this year, as the sneaker is slated for a December 8, 2018 release, with a retail price of $220. The production run is expected to be around 989,566 for mens sizes, and 850,000 pairs for GS, PS, and TD sizes (source: @pinoe77). Despite the high production run, don’t expect these to sit around on store shelves. 2011’s release is infamous for causing a few riots. Plan ahead, and arrive at your store as early as possible.
