Air 23 – Air Jordan Release Dates, Foamposite, Air Max, and More

We’ve already seen Bordeaux on the Air Jordan 12 and Air Jordan 13, but the fun doesn’t stop there. The Air Jordan 5 is also getting the Bordeaux treatment for its next premium release.

In similar fashion to the suede Air Jordan 5 Burgundy LS release from 2006, this pair features a solid Bordeaux upper but utilizes premium grade leather, coupled with matching leather boot-style laces. Tan quilted leather has been applied to the sneaker’s inner lining for extra comfort, while a matching Burgundy midsole ensures consistency throughout the design. A clear midsole does the rest.

If you’re looking for a Christmas present to yourself or that special sneakerhead in your life, this pair is an excellent choice, and will release with almost perfect timing. The Air Jordan 5 Retro Premium Bordeaux is scheduled to hit stores on December 14, 2017. Of course, with a premium sneaker, expect a premium price. It will retail for $400.
