Have you ever wondered what a certain theme would look like on a different Air Jordan model than it was originally intended for? Apparently, someone at Jordan Brand had that very thought, and decided to do something about it. This new Air Jordan 5 colorway takes inspiration from none other than the “White Cement” Air Jordan 4.

Just as expected, the Air Jordan 5 White Cement features a mostly white leather upper, with the exception of a black tongue, with University Red applied to the tongue logo and lining, as well as the lace locks. The midsole has received a beautiful cement grey splatter pattern, complemented with black graphics. The same pattern is applied to the plastic eyelets up top. The usually clear netting has been ditched in favor of white netting to keep the theme consistent. An icy clear sole and white laces complete the design.

While the “White Cement” theme doesn’t flow as naturally on the Air Jordan V as it does on the IVs, it certainly in a nice look. If you’re planning to add this pair to your collection, the sneaker has a scheduled release date of August 5, 2017. The retail price is set at $190. Stay tuned for more photos and information on this release in the near future.
