Yes, these are actually customs and not an official Jordan Brand release, but a custom of this quality level deserves a little recognition. Created as part of a collaboration between custom designer El Cappy and Kickk Spott Shoe Boutique, this custom started off as a Black/Cement Air Jordan III. A chameleon paint was used on the upper, creating an Invisibility Cloak-like design. “Kickkspott x El Chappy” has been patterned on the side, and “DMV” (D.C. Maryland Virginia) is written near the laces in gray.

They were limited to only 23 pairs, all individually numbered with the exception of the first pair, which included a custom shirt and pins. They were originally released on March 29, 2012.
