What’s this, “Galaxy” Chuck Taylors? Seeing as how Nike has owned Converse for the past 10 years, this sneaker is not surprising. It’s actually part of a special “Graphics Edition” of Converse All-Star Chuck Taylors, which gives buyers the option to choose from various high definition digital prints on the classic canvas sneaker. Design choices include animals, music, skulls, and the space theme you see below. These designs are available for purchase on the Converse web site, with only so many produced each day.

Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star Hi “Batman”

I seldom post Chucks, but being the comic book geek that I am, I couldn’t resist sharing these. Taking inspiration from the greatest detective ever, this Batman-themed pair has a black upper with the original Batman logo wrapped around the heel. On the tongue, you’ll find the more modern logo, done in gray. This pair is part of the DC Comics Heroes pack. You can get them all now at RMK.

Converse x Super Mario Bros Chuck Taylor Hi

Here’s something I’m sure all you old-school gamers can appreciate. Teaming up with Nintendo, converse has created this awesome set of Super Mario Bros. themed Chuck Taylor Hi’s. Each pair has been decorated with the original NES Mario sprite, in all of his memorable poses, and the tongue features the Super Mario logo. To top things off, the logo star has been replaced with the invincibility star from the games. They will be available at Converse Japan in July. Hopefully, we’ll get a U.S. release.
