Air Jordan 5 (V) Retro “Bel-Air Inside Out” Customs by El Cappy

Ever wonder what the Bel-Air Air Jordan 5 would like had they been flipped inside out? Thanks to custom kicks designer El Cappy, we now have a pretty good idea. In similar fashion to the Bel-Air’s sock liner, this pair has received a beautiful multi-colored print across the entire upper, which features bright green, turquoise, dark blue, and even pink elephant print. The tongue and netting have been covered in black, and bright green and pink Jumpman logos are shown off on the top of the tongue. This is definitely an interesting take on the Bel-Air theme. Air Jordan Six Rings “Bel-Air”

If the “Bel-Air” Air Jordan 5 release wasn’t enough for you, Jordan Brand has decided to follow up by applying the Fresh Prince-inspired theme to a more recent model, the Jordan Six Rings. This colorway uses a similar color palette, but focuses more on purple, with purple leather covering the majority of the sneaker. Black has been applied to the heel and midsole areas, while lime green is used on the sock liner, and laces. Hot pink, blue, lime green and purple make up the tongue logo, and a white provides a nice contrast to the wild color scheme. The “Bel-Air” Jordan Six Rings will hit stores on Saturday, October 19, retailing for $160.

Air Jordan 5 (V) Retro “Bel-Air” Release and Procedure Info

Here’s some detailed release info for those of you looking to cop the “Bel-Air” Air Jordan 5s. They are scheduled to release at select Footlocker, Footaction, Finishline, House of Hoops, and Niketown locations on Saturday, October 5. Most Footaction and Footlocker stores will implement the ticketing procedure. Tickets can be obtained starting tomorrow, October 2, through Thursday, October 3. Winners will be announced on Friday, October 4 via telephone. The Bel-Air 5 will also be available on online at most major sites on Saturday at 8:00 am EDT. While not as difficult to obtain as the 3Lab5, this colorway is expected to move pretty quickly. If you’d like to relieve yourself of some stress and possible disappointment, you can already cop these on eBay.

The Fresh Prince-inspired “Bel-Air” Air Jordan 5 Retro is getting closer and closer to release, and what better way to help build up the hype than with a few more mouth-watering pics? Featuring a Cool Grey upper, a purple midsole, and a number of psychedelic patterns, this is easily one of the most unique Air Jordan 5 releases we’ve seen to date.  They are scheduled to hit stores on October 5, retailing for $175. About a month ago there was nothing more than rumors to go on, but now we finally have an actual look at the upcoming “Bel-Air” Air Jordan 5 Retro. Taking inspiration from the popular 90s show Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, this pair features a grey upper, highlighted with a variety of bright colors, including purple, green and pink. These colors join with aquamarine to form a psychedelic pattern on the sockliner. The official release date has not been announced, but they are expected to drop sometime in October.

It seems Jordan Brand has yet another all-new Air Jordan 5 colorway planned for release, with a very special theme. This pair will take inspiration from the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, the show responsible for making Will Smith a household name. Considering that he 5s were frequently seen on Will Smith’s feet during the show’s first season, this launch comes as no surprise. So far, pictures have not yet been revealed, but with the color scheme Cool Grey/Court Purple–Game Royal–Club Pink, don’t expect anything subtle. They are expected to drop sometime in October.
