Air Jordan XX (20) 2015 Retro

Looks like you can add another Air Jordan release to your wishlist for next year. Thanks to a spring catalog shot, we now have word that Jordan Brand has plans to bring back another classic, the Air Jordan XX. According to the catalog, teh Black/Stealth-Varsity Red colorway is scheduled to release on March 14, 2015. Hopefully this pair will release as part of Jordan Brand’s Remastered Collection, possibly with more colorways to follow. While the Air Jordan XX isn’t one of Jordan Brand’s most popular releases, it sold well during a time when sneakerheads were more focused on older retro releases than new models. Couple that with a nine-year absence (except for the 2008 AJ III/XX Collezione release), and you can expect these to move fairly fast. Stay tuned for more information on this sneaker.

Air Jordan 1 “UNKLE” by Justwin Customs

With the recent Air Jordan 1 x SB crossover releases, one can only imagine what things would have been like has Nike SB chose the Air Jordan 1 over the Dunk as its premier sneaker. Justwin Customs has taken this thought to the next level, creating a special Air Jordan 1 custom themed after 2004’s UNKLE dunk. Sporting a black and pink upper with matching laces, white graphics have been incorporated to provide an almost perfect match to Futura’s design. Air Jordan 11 (XI) Retro “Pantone” Detailed Images

Originally created as a one-off collection for intended for display purposes only, the Air Jordan Pantone Collection garnered so much attention that Jordan has decided to go through with a production version of the collection’s Air Jordan 11. Packaged in the upcoming Air Jordan Ultimate Gift of Flight Pack which also includes a special Air Jordan XX9 colorway, this pair has been completely draped in Columbia Blue. Black lining and the usual midsole provide some contrast to the blue upper, while an icy clear blue sole can be seen below. An exact release date for the Air Jordan 11 Pantone has not been announced yet, but expect them to drop during the holidays with a rumored price tag somewhere in the $500 range.

Nike Air Tech Challenge II “Waterproof”

With the winter season just a few months away, many of us are dreading having to put up our sneakers in exchange for boots. Luckily, this year you won’t have to. Nike has created two “waterproof” colorways of its classic Nike Air Tech Challenge II sneaker, scheduled just in time for the harshest part of the year. They have been equipped with heavy duty suede, waterproof synthetic, glossy leather, as well as reptile-textured print that runs along the sides. You have the option of a black and obsidian version or burgundy and black. Air Jordan 5 (V) Retro – White/ Infrared 23-Poison Green-Black – First Look

Jordan Brand shows off its creative side with this colorful new Air Jordan 5 Retro release. Sporting a white leather base with black netting and lining, this pair has been spruced up with a Cement Grey speckled tongue. In addition, the midsole has received a black-to-Poison Green gradient pattern, followed by bright red. At this point, the inspiration behind this sneaker remains unknown, but Marvin the Martian does come to mind. Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Elephant Print” Official Images and Release Info

Nike has finally released detailed information on one of this fall’s most anticipated sneakers, the Elephant Print Nike Air Foamposite Pro Premium. Sporting a Wolf Grey Elephant Print upper, this sneaker is a perfect collaboration of one of Nike’s most popular sneakers and its most iconic fabric print. Hyper Pink graphics and a matching sole have been applied with amazing results. They will release in stores on October 11, retailing for $250. Nike Air Pippen 6 (VI) – First Look

Scottie Pippen’s NBA days ended a long time ago, but his legacy continues thanks to an all new design from legendary Nike designer Mark Dolce, who recently left Nike for Adidas. Called the Nike Air Pippen 6, this sneaker manages to provide an old-school 90s feel while still embracing Nike’s latest sneaker technology. The styling is on point, as the sneaker makes great use of ribbed patent leather on the upper. When the “Chicago” Air Jordan 1 made its big return in 2013, many sneakerheads were disappointed with the lack of a Nike Air logo. To make things right, Jordan Brand is planning to re-release the sneaker in Retro High OG trim, with the Nike logos intact. While it’s a bit frustrating for those of us that copped the previous release, but it’s always good to see Jordan Brand going back to its roots. This is only concept art, but hopefully we’ll have some actual photos in the near future.

Nike Air Max 90 Sneakerboot Winter

Nike has converted a number of its sneakers into boots, but the Air Max 90 Sneakerboot is one model that’s quite surprising to see. Fortunately, it’s far from disappointing. It sports a leather upper with dotted laces and a high top cut that somehow doesn’t stray away from the lines of the original sneaker. So far two colorways have been announced, Black/Magnet Grey and Velvet Brown Hyper Crimson. The Nike Air Max 90 Sneakerboot Winter is expected to drop sometime during the Holiday 2014 season, hopefully with some additional colorways as well.

With the San Antonio Spurs looking to defend their NBA title in the upcoming season, a San Antonio-inspired Air Jordan XX9 colorway only seems suitable. Using the colorful styling seem on during 1996 NBA all-star game, this colorway features a mixture of Fusion Pink and Tropical Teal on the upper, outlined with black laces and matching lining. White graphics provide a nice contrast to the vibrant color palette, while a black and icy clear sole sole the rest. The Air Jordan XX9 “Riverwalk” releases on October 11, retailing for $225.
