Kobe and the Lakers may be out of the playoffs, but the Nike Zoom Kobe lives on. Here’s a first look at the new Kobe VII model. This pair has been completely done in black, which makes it a bit difficult to make out the details, but as you can see, Nike has retained the low-top profile we’ve seen on the past couple of models. Hopefully we’ll get some better pictures of these soon.

We’ve seen quite a few Air Jordan V releases planned for 2011, but here is one created just for the kiddies. This new Black/Alarming Red colorway has a completely black suede upper, contrasted with red graphics, and a matching red sockliner. Of course, the icy sole remains. I seriously wish Jordan Brand would reconsider and make these in mens sizes as well.

Check out this Nike Dunk High Hyperfuse colorway, which uses the same lightweight material as the popular basketball sneaker. This pair has a black and royal blue upper, and a white and partially translucent swoosh. This model will release as part of the Hyperfuse Pack, which will also include Hyperfuse versions of the Nike Air Max 90, Air Max 1, and Air Force 1 High.

A lot of you have been asking about the Jordan Tokyo23 Air Jordan 5 and CP3.IV releases, which have been produced in very limited quantities. I just wanted to let you guys know there are quite a few pairs available online now, mainly on eBay. They aren’t cheap though – there’s quite a few $600-700 listings for the 5s. Ever since the “South Beach” Jordan CMFT XIs were released, the South Beach theme has been quite popular with the sneakerheads. Back in March, we saw El Cappy’s Air Jordan VI customs, and now Da Prince Customs has followed with these awesome South Beach-themed Air Jordan VIIs. The entire upper has been been dyed blue, and pink has been used on the midsole, Jumpman, tongue, and laces. Also notice the custom box. Kudos to Da Prince Customs for a job well done on these.

Here’s a look at the latest Air Jordan 2011 Quick Fuse colorway. Using a combination of full-grain leather and mesh material, this pair has a mostly black upper, contrasted with white graphics and a matching white outsole. Quite simple in appearance, but it offers top-notch performance.

Like many of the Kobe VI releases, this pair has a gradient upper, fading from concord at the top to black near the white midsole. A silver logo, white swoosh, and soft blue outsole complete the job. It’s been about 7 months since the last time, but finally here’s another look at the upcoming “Banned” edition Air Jordan 1 Retro. Inspired by MJ’s infamous banned black/red Air Jordan 1s, this release looks quite true to the original with its high cut profile and full leather upper. On the sock liner, you’ll find the date “10.18.85”, the day shoes were first banned from the NBA. Looking at the tag, you’ll notice that these were made in Taiwan, unlike Air Jordans from the past years, which have all been produced in China. Hopefully this means Nike plans to produce future models in Taiwan, which would probably result in increased quality. Unfortunately, this pair is only a promo, but hopefully these will see production. I’ll post more info as it becomes available.

Looking for some hot new Air Force 1s to rock this summer? Here’s your answer. Nike has just released these two new colorways. We saw the Obsidian/White pair last week, and released alongside them are the “Beechtrees”, which have a brownish upper, and the same white and gum sole. At only $88 a piece, you may want to consider copping both.

If LeBron can have a second signature shoe, why not Kobe? This pair has a low-cut profile similar to that of the Zoom Kobe VI, but is a much more “barebones” design, with a zoom-air unit, and leather upper, sans Flywire. This colorway has a black upper, with a white midsole, and concord sock liner. A The outsole has been molded in concord to match. A few days ago, we got a look at the new Green Maize Nike Air Max Pegasus ’89 colorway, and today, here’s a new colorway of it’s 90s reincarnation, the Air Pegasus ’92. Using a primarily white upper, this pair has photo blue nylon panels, with an orange swoosh and matching logos. A touch of gray has been used on the heel and midsole. You can get these now at Nike.com.
Nike continues to use its gingham fabric, previously seen on Dunks, but now present on this new Air Force 1 Low colorway. Unlike on the Dunks, the gingham fabric has only received a subtle application, with a white and black pattern on the insole. The rest of the sneaker has a simple color scheme, with a mostly white upper, black swoosh, and a gum outsole. They are available now at Shelta.

Here’s a look at the upcoming Air Jordan Fly Wade colorways planned for release in May. First up is the Black/Varsity Red-Dark Grey model posted last weekend. If you’re looking for a brighter shoe to wear, then check out its Pimento/White-Black counterpart release, which has a mostly white upper, complemented with black and grey, and pimento red accents.
