If you’re looking to take your collection to the next level, there’s no better way than to add a few OGs. They are usually quite difficult to find in decent condition, but eBay seller airalex23 has whopping 21 deadstock pairs of original Air Jordans I-X, all available for auction. The Nike Air Max 95 returns to its roots with this White/Blue Spark-Neutral Grey-Medium Grey colorway. While not a true OG color scheme, this blue is very close to one used on one of the original Air Max 95 releases. They were originally planned to release in mid June, but you get them early at either Pickyourshoes or on eBay.
If you’re looking for an extremely lightweight, no nonsense, function over form running sneaker, Nike’s got you covered with the Lunarspider RT Z. Using Nike’s Flywire technology, the Lunarspider is incredibly light, yet very stable. These two new colorways have received a camouflage treatment, and come in either white or light grey. They are available in stores now.
Here’s some good news for all of you interested in copping a pair of the upcoming Jordan Tokyo23 Pack. The Japan-based store Nike Harajuku plans to hold a raffle for the highly desired pack, running from Friday April 29 to Sunday, May 1st. The raffle will be in-store only, and limited to one ticket per customer. While this may not mean much to us sneakerheads in the states, at least it gives hope to some of you guys overseas.
For years, Nike has given us the option of having the Blazers in either low or high top form, but what about mid cut? Thanks to Nike SB’s new Custom Series (CS), we get just that. Here’s a look at the latest colorway in the series, which has a grey nubuck suede upper, complemented with red and blue swooshes, and the traditional white sole. You can get these now at Shelta.
Looking at the past few updates, it’s probably become quite obvious that Nike isn’t being shy with the Blazers. Here’s a look at yet another release. Nicknamed the “Reptiles”, this pair has a croc skin-style upper similar to that seen on the Varsity Red/White pair posted yesterday. This pair has received a white upper, contrasted by a black swoosh, and a matching black and white sole. You can get these now at select stores such as Sneaker Bistro.
It looks like Jordan has found a new way to create hype. The “Banned” Air Jordan 1 Retro, which seemed to be a cancelled release, has started to appear at Nike outlets, without a flaw in sight. So far, they’ve turned up at the Nike outlets in both Chicago and Portland, but don’t be surprised to see more. As the only pair to feature the Nike Air logo in about 10 years, these are definitely a hot item. If you just can’t seem to find them at your local outlet, they have also made it to eBay as well. Ditching the commonly-used full grain leather and suede fabrics for croc skin, Nike has created this new Blazer High colorway, which is sure to turn heads. The entire entire upper, has been covered in beautiful red croc skin, complemented with a white swoosh and a red and white sole. You can get these now from either Finish Line or eBay.
This summer, the Nike Zoom Kobe VI has gone camo. Wait, make that “Italian Camo”. The upper has been done in a black, green and tan camouflage, accentuated with a red swoosh and an olive green heel. A black and green sole complete the look. Definitely a step away from the traditional yellow and purple Kobe colorways. Nike brings old school back with this OG White/Varsity Purple-Orange Blaze Nike Air Max CB34 colorway. Worn by Sir Charles during his heyday as a Phoenix Sun, this sneaker will certainly bring back a lot of memories. It has a white upper and black tongue, decorated with black and purple accents. The air bubbles reveal an orange Max Air sole. These CB34s are planned to release sometime in June.

After seeing dozens of mouth-watering pics, we finally have an official release date for the highly-anticipated Black/Patent Air Jordan XII Lows. They are scheduled to hit shelves on 5/28/2011 at a retail price of $115, and should be available in most major stores. For those of you who just can’t wait, you can cop them now on eBay. Done in the commonly used nubuck suede material, this pair has a bison brown upper, contrasted with a white swoosh, black laces, and sport red insole. As usual, a white outsole has been used. The Lakers may be done for the year, but the Nike Zoom Kobe VI is still going strong with new colorways. Yesterday, Nike released this new Del Sol/Lightbulb-Black-Tour Yellow-White colorway. Also known as the ‘Light Bulbs’, they have a beautiful yellow and black upper, complemented with a white and yellow, outsole. You can get these now in most major stores, as well as Nike.com and eBay.

The classic Jordan Sky High goes lowtop for the summer, starting with this beautiful Varsity Red/White-Stealth coloray. Just high the high tops, the Lows have have an all-canvas upper. You can get these in stores now, as well as on eBay.
Sometimes when I look at my favorite Air Jordan colorways, I site back and wonder, “What would this color scheme look like on a different pair of shoes?” While Nike has tried to please us with a few Air Jordan-inspired releases in the past, some ideas will never see production. Luckily, for the skilled, there’s always the option of customizing. Check out this pair of Bordeaux VII-inspired Air Max 90s, created by “The Fresh Maker” (not Mentos). They entire upper has a Black/Grey/Bordeaux color scheme, and the tongue uses the same triangular pattern found on the VIIs. Very clean. There’s three pairs in the pic, so maybe we’ll see a small run of these? Time will tell. Stay tuned.
