Jordan brand has plans to release more Air Jordan 1 colorways this year, including a few for the ladies. Here’s one for the little girls. Done in similar fashion to the Desert Pink AJ1s, Metallic violet has been used on the heel and swoosh areas, while black suede covers the front and a lighter violet can be seen underneath the lingerie-like fabric. Cyber grey has been used on the laces and tongue. No official release date yet, but if you can read Japanese (or use Google Translator), they are available now at Soleroom.

Nike Air Flow – Available For Preorder

If you’re a fan of the Nike Air Flow, you know how difficult they are to obtain. The last couple of times this classic running sneaker was released, they sold out immediately. Copping a pair now will cost you quite a bit, as you can see from the prices on eBay. Next year, two more colorways are planned Tonal Black/White and White/Electric Blue-Cherry. They aren’t scheduled to release until February, but if you want to save yourself some stress, you can preorder these now from the UK-based shop Hannon.

Nike Outlet Report: Gonzales, LA

The night after visiting Terrell, TX, I made my way to Gonzales, Louisiana to visit the Nike Factory Store at the local Tanger Outlet Mall. This time, the selection was much better. Here’s a look at what I found.

There was a much better choice of Air Jordans this time. I spotted the White/Black Air Jordan 2011 for $119.99, and Black Laser AJF 4s for $109.99, among others. There were lots of Nike basketball sneakers as well, including Shox, “Ink” ($79.97) and Black/Black-Metallic Silver Kobe Vs for $79.97 and $54.97, respectively. For the Penny fans, Eggplant 1/2 Cents were available in most sizes for $89.99. Also, I saw a couple pairs of Black/Gold size 11 (I think) Flightposite IIs that have been sitting for about 2 years. They were on clearance for $74.97. Not a bad deal with the 30% off that Nike outlets are currently running on clearance items. I ended up copping a pair of the Black Kobe Vs.

If old school Nikes are your thing, this was the place to be. I spotted the Deep Burgundy/Black-Deep Burgundy Nike Air Trainer SC II for $89.99, as well as a couple of AF1 and Vintage Blazer colorways (see below), among others. The running sneaker selection was decent, too.

Parking here was horrible, and the drivers were even worse.

Lots of Jordan Brand goodies. The White/Black Air Jordan 2011s were $119.99 and Black Laser AFJ 4s
were $109.99.

Nice selection of old school models. My favorites were the Deep Burgundy/Black-Deep Burgundy Nike Air
Trainer SC II ($79.99) and White/Red Air Force 1 Lows ($69.99).

Pretty good prices on Nike’s lower end basketball and running shoes.

Oh yeah! Eggplant Nike 1/2 Cents for $89.99. There were plenty of these. I’m still considering copping
a pair.

A few more running shoes as well as a small selection of Nike SB sneakers.

Someone please get these Flightposite IIs, I’m sick of looking at them. I visited this store about 2 years ago and saw these, and they are still there. Two pairs, both size 11 I believe, for $74.97, and 30% off this week. I think it’s time for a much-needed markdown.

S

There were a few pairs of these
Black Kobe Vs, for $79.97, I believe. I just recently copped a
pair, so I didn’t see a need for two.

I didn’t leave Kobeless, though. I
got these Black/Black-Metallic Silver Kobe Vs for $54.97.

     This
concludes the Gonzales, LA Nike Outlet Report. Hopefully, at least
some you found this helpful. I’ll probably check this one again
year from now, to see what’s new, and if those Flightposite IIs
have finally disappeared. If you need to place an order on
anything, the Gonzales outlet does ship. You can call them at 225-644-4265.

Nike Zoom KD IV “Year of the Dragon”

The Nike Zoom KD IV joins China’s Year of the Dragon celebration with this upcoming release. Air Jordan XI Retro Low “Concord”

We already saw Black/Red-White Air Jordan XI Lows last week, but for some reason I forgot to post the Concord Lows. Perhaps I subconsciously blocked them off after dealing with all of the craziness over the mid-cut version. Anyways, here they are. Just like the Black/Red-White lows, graphics of MJ’s six NBA Championship rings have been placed on the tongue. They are expected to hit stores sometime this spring. Hopefully this release will be a little easier obtain, or at least free of Get Money Boyz. From DDC.

Reebok Thermalvibe “Spiderman”

Growing up, I was a huge Spiderman fan. Despite the fact that he had extraordinary powers, he was one of the few superheroes that dealt with typical young adult problems, like paying bills, managing school and work (and crime-fighting), and maintaining a relationship. I always thought of him as a good fictional role model for kids. For that reason, I couldn’t resist posting when I saw these Spiderman-themed Reebok Thermalvibes. Created to match Spidey’s costume, the upper has been wrapped in Red with a black spider web, complemented with blue and black. A white Reebok logo and matching laces add the final color. Also, Spiderman’s face has been placed on the tongue. There is also a black version, which matches Spidey’s black costume. Before you fanboys geek out on these, they are only available in preschool sizes, retailing for $60. From Long 7.
