Air Jordan 1 Valentines Day 2017

Jordan Brand has created a new addition to its ongoing “For the Love of the Game” series to help ring in cupid’s favorite day. Here’s a detailed look at the Air Jordan 1 Valentines Day.

This new colorway takes on a similar theme to the infamous Black Toe design, but consists of not only leather but suede as well. White leather graces the toe and midfoot areas, surrounded by black suede. A black leather swoosh has been applied to either side of the shoe, while the rear is wrapped in a beautiful Hyper Pink leather. The For the Love of the Game “basketball heart” has been embroidered at the heel. The sole is molded in white and black to match, while black laces complete the look.

Releasing as a girl’s colorway (surprise, surprise), the Air Jordan 1 Valentines Day is scheduled to hit store shelves on Saturday, February 11. Guys, that leaves you with three days to cop these for your sweetheart.

Air Jordan 4 Pure Money Returns

A familiar, yet different Air Jordan 4 colorway surfaces thanks to Jordan Brand’s upcoming “Pure Money” series. For those that are new to the sneaker game, back in 2000 during the early days of Jordan Brand, the company released the White/White-Chrome Air Jordan 4 Retro, which featured an all white leather upper, complete with perforated leather in place of the netting and chrome lace tabs. This version received some success in the “bling, bling” era, but the absence of plastic netting ultimately hurt its popularity. In 2010, Jordan Brand made a second attempt at releasing similar colorway as part of its “Silver Anniversary” collection, which celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Air Jordan. This version ditched the perforated leather, incorporated plastic netting back into the design. This version was much more well-received, thanks in part to those looking to scoop up the entire Silver Anniversary collection.

This month will bring us Jordan Brand’s latest and greatest version of the clean white sneaker. This upcoming release not only retains the infamous clear netting, but also take advantage of Jordan Brand’s commitment to bringing us designs that are closer or equal to the quality that we saw during each model’s original release. Unfortunately, the Air Jordan 4 Pure Money will not feature the Nike Air logos. It is quite obvious however, that this is the company’s best attempt at the colorway by far.

Releasing in time for summer, the Air Jordan 4 Pure Money will hit stores on May 13, 2017. Expect a retail price of $190, with kids sizes available as well. Stay tuned for more images of the sneaker in the near future.

Air Jordan 12 GS Chinese New Year

In addition to the Taxi-based design, Jordan Brand has also created a completely new Air Jordan XII colorway to ring in the Chinese Year. This one however, has been made exclusively for the girls.

This version of the Air Jordan CNY utilizes an off-white leather upper, with a brick-like pattern applied to the lower portion instead of the traditional pebbled leather. Light Orewood Brown has been applied to top two sets of eyelets and the Jumpman logo. Varsity Red has been applied to the graphics and lining to give the sneaker some color. This includes the tongue logo, which features the Chinese symbol “貳拾”, meaning “12”. The heel tab is monotone, matching the majority of the sneaker. A clean white sole with red graphics and translucent pods is used to provide the finishing touches, and provdes a slight contrast to the off-white upper.

Releasing on January 28 to coincide with the Chinese New Year, the Air Jordan 12 CNY will be priced at $160. This sneaker is expected to sell out quickly, but you can skip the lines and avoid the stress by copping a pair early on eBay.

Nike Air Presto Low Utility Team Red

Team Red has never looked better, thanks to its application to the Nike Air Presto Low Utility. This new colorway has been covered in Team Red from top to bottom, not excluding the laces. The midsole is molded in a matching Team Red, contrasted with white swoosh graphics and a white heel. The outsole is molded in black.

Air Jordan 8 Take Flight

A new Air Jordan 8 colorway drops this month, and it doesn’t disappoint. Let’s take a look at the Air Jordan 8 Take Flight.

This new release utilizes Sequoia Green as its base color giving it a very nature-like, yet neutral tone. Black serves as the secondary color and is incorporated into the straps, graphics, and midsole. You’ll also notice Wolf Grey, which really helps add some depth to the color palette. Finally, Max Orange has been applied to the tongue logo and a portion of the sole, giving the sneaker some extra personality.

Air Jordan 12 “Chinese New Year” Release Date

The Air Jordan 12 “Taxi” is already back? Yes, but not quite. Jordan Brand has chosen the OG colorway to help ring in the Chinese New Year. A few modification have been made, and it’s definitely a nice look.

As you can see, the white ribbed leather on the Air Jordan 12 Chinese New Year appears unchanged on the sneaker, but has actually been covered with 3M reflective material for some serious attention-getting at night. The usually pebbled black leather at he bottom has been replaced with a woven-like pattern, overlayed with a metallic gold Jumpman logo. The Jumpman tongue logo has been replaced with the Chinese symbol “貳拾”, which translates to “12”. The top two sets of eyelets have received a metallic gold finish, while the black sole has been modified with clear pods. As a final detail, the heel tab has been completely blacked out.

A scheduled date of Saturday, January 28 has been set for the Air Jordan 12 Chinese New Year, which is perfect timing considering that this is the actual date that the Chinese New Year is celebrated. The sneaker will retail for $250. Despite the higher price, expect this sneaker to sell out rapidly. Fortunately , you can grab the sneaker now on eBay from a number of sellers. Air Jordan 7 Pantone Coming in April

With the exception of the Air Jordan 11 from 2014’s Air Jordan Ultimate Gift of Flight Pack and the obviously-inspired Air Jordan 9 Low release from last year, it seemed that Jordan Brand had completely given up on plans to release its infamous Pantone Collection. Fortunately, plans to release the Air Jordan 7 Pantone colorway have recently surfaced.

Just like all of the other sneakers in the Pantone collection, the Air Jordan 7 has an almost completely University Blue upper, complete with matching laces. The graphics have been embroidered in white, while a clean all-white sole provides a perfect match. The theme clearly pays homage to MJ’s University of North Carolina roots.

The Air Jordan 7 Pantone will release on April 29, 2017, just in time to rock those spring pastel colors. Most likely, the sneaker will retail for $190. Stay tuned for information on availability, its possible that this release may be limited.

Nike SB Dunk Low Reverse Shark

Another hot theme from Nike SB’s golden days has returned, but it’s not quite the same as we remember. Fortunately, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, as change can be quite good.

Here’s a look at the the Nike SB Dunk Low Reverse Shark, which takes the popular design from 2002, and switches it around to create something similar yet different. This new design utilizes Nightshade suede over Chile Red leather, a total flip from its predecessor, which utilized Team Red suede over Nightshade leather. Nightshade laces have been utilized for a perfect match over the sneaker’s tongue, while a white Nike SB tongue logo easily stands out over the dark color. The white and red sole remains basically unchanged, except for the fact that black stitching has been used over red to keep it attached to the upper. The end result is a sneaker that many will agree rivals its reverse colored ancestor.

With a retail price of $90, the Nike SB Dunk Low Reverse Shark will release at Skateshops and Nike SB accounts on Wednesday, January 26. If waiting isn’t really your thing, you can get these early on eBay for retail price. Also, if you’re a purist and would prefer to own the original from 2002, there’s a few brand new pairs listed as well.

Air Jordan 7 “Pure Money” Coming in June

A new colorway of the Air Jordan 7 will hit store shelves just in time for summer, and it’s one of the cleanest ones we’ve seen in quite some time. Called the Air Jordan 7 Pure Money, this design takes the new theme to a new level with this white-based design. Here’s an official look from the folks at Nike.

Constructed of both leather and suede, this upcoming release sports light grey over white complemented with a darker grey on the graphics. White laces have been applied to keep the sneaker’s appearance clean, while the sole is molded in white with subtle grey accents. The Air Jordan 7 Pure Money is scheduled to release on Saturday, June 3. This times the sneaker just right for summer, making it perfect for rocking those all-white summer outfits. Nike SB Dunk High Pro Dark Loden

Reminder: Air Jordan XIII Black Cat Releases Tomorrow

Don’t forget, tomorrow, January 21, Jordan Brand will release the Air Jordan XIII Black Cat, a continuation of the series that started off with the Air Jordan 4 in 2006.

Inspired by MJ’s cat-like quickness on the court, this sneaker utilizes a mostly black design, combining nubuck suede and mesh fabrics.The only change in color throughout the design comes from subtle white dots placed on the laces. A peep inside the sneaker reveals a cat emblem, symbolizing the sneaker’s theme. The midsole has been painted in a glossy black to give the sneaker some extra flair, while the outsole is molded in black to match. 3M material is intertwined with the mesh fabric, allowing the design to really come to life at night.

Nike Womens Air Max 95 Palm Green

So far this year, Nike has focused the Air Max 95 on the ladies lately. This new Palm Green colorway is just another beautiful addition to the lineup.

Constructed of nubuck suede and mesh fabric, this new pair features a mostly monochrome upper, with Palm Green used throughout. A darker, more olive-like color has been applied to the mesh, while Palm Green is one again used on the laces. A slightly lighter tone was chosie for the eyelets and sockliner. The midsole is molded in white, followed by a black outsole. Nike Air Zoom Generation Cavs Championship Court Pack

We’ve already gotten a detailed look at the upcoming re-release of LeBron’s first signature sneaker, the Nike Air Zoom Generation 1st Game. StockX however, has partnered up with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Nike to take this to the next level with special “Championship Court” packages of the First Games as well as LeBron’s latest sneaker, the Nike LeBron 14. Here’s an up close look at both sneakers, as well as what’s included in each package.

Included with each sneaker is a Cavaliers Championship Court booklet and a lucite tag containing a piece of the court, In addition to the pack, each pack includes a Cleveland Cavaliers championship ring, utilizing the same design that was given to members of the Cavaliers organization. To top things off, both packs have been encased in a sneaker box constructed from pieces of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ very own hardwood floor. The outer box utilizes a design inspired by the Quicken Loans Arena.

If you’d like to get your hands on one of these pieces of history, it won’t come easy. The package run is incredibly limited, with only 23 pairs of each pack produced. All pairs are being released via StockX’s auction site, with packs going to the top 23 bidders. At the moment, the top 23rd bid has reached $4505 for the Nike Air Zoom Generation Pack, and $2501 for the Nike LeBron 14s. Part of the proceeds from this auction will be used to fund the Cavaliers Youth Foundation, an organization which supports community programs dedicated to helping children and families in the areas of education, health, recreation, employment, entrepreneurship, and life skill.
