Jordan Brand has been mostly successful converting mid- and high-top Air Jordans to low-top, but what about the other way around? This recently surfaced mid-cut Air Jordan 11 IE just may be their first public attempt at such a feat. Using the less popular Air Jordan 11 model, material has been added to create a midtop design that significantly changes the profile of the sneaker, but seems to blend in nicely. It’s a little difficult to see, but the “Jumpman-Jordan” log has been moved to the top of the tongue, and placed on a plastic strip.
