The night after visiting Terrell, TX, I made my way to Gonzales, Louisiana to visit the Nike Factory Store at the local Tanger Outlet Mall. This time, the selection was much better. Here’s a look at what I found.
There was a much better choice of Air Jordans this time. I spotted the White/Black Air Jordan 2011 for $119.99, and Black Laser AJF 4s for $109.99, among others. There were lots of Nike basketball sneakers as well, including Shox, “Ink” ($79.97) and Black/Black-Metallic Silver Kobe Vs for $79.97 and $54.97, respectively. For the Penny fans, Eggplant 1/2 Cents were available in most sizes for $89.99. Also, I saw a couple pairs of Black/Gold size 11 (I think) Flightposite IIs that have been sitting for about 2 years. They were on clearance for $74.97. Not a bad deal with the 30% off that Nike outlets are currently running on clearance items. I ended up copping a pair of the Black Kobe Vs.
If old school Nikes are your thing, this was the place to be. I spotted the Deep Burgundy/Black-Deep Burgundy Nike Air Trainer SC II for $89.99, as well as a couple of AF1 and Vintage Blazer colorways (see below), among others. The running sneaker selection was decent, too.
Parking here was horrible, and the drivers were even worse.
Lots of Jordan Brand goodies. The White/Black Air Jordan 2011s were $119.99 and Black Laser AFJ 4s
were $109.99.
Nice selection of old school models. My favorites were the Deep Burgundy/Black-Deep Burgundy Nike Air
Trainer SC II ($79.99) and White/Red Air Force 1 Lows ($69.99).
Pretty good prices on Nike’s lower end basketball and running shoes.
Oh yeah! Eggplant Nike 1/2 Cents for $89.99. There were plenty of these. I’m still considering copping
a pair.
A few more running shoes as well as a small selection of Nike SB sneakers.
Someone please get these Flightposite IIs, I’m sick of looking at them. I visited this store about 2 years ago and saw these, and they are still there. Two pairs, both size 11 I believe, for $74.97, and 30% off this week. I think it’s time for a much-needed markdown.
There were a few pairs of these
Black Kobe Vs, for $79.97, I believe. I just recently copped a
pair, so I didn’t see a need for two.
I didn’t leave Kobeless, though. I
got these Black/Black-Metallic Silver Kobe Vs for $54.97.
This
concludes the Gonzales, LA Nike Outlet Report. Hopefully, at least
some you found this helpful. I’ll probably check this one again
year from now, to see what’s new, and if those Flightposite IIs
have finally disappeared. If you need to place an order on
anything, the Gonzales outlet does ship. You can call them at 225-644-4265.
