Air Jordan 2 Retro “30th Anniversary” First Look

To celebrate its 30th anniversary next year, Jordan Brand plans to take its classic Air Jordan II sneaker to a whole new level. Here’s a first look at the revamped sneaker, which not only sports an all-new dark blue color scheme, but has received quilted leather and bluish grey suede around the tongue and sides. In addition waxed laces with metallic gold tips have been provided to hold the sneaker together, while gold graphics provide the perfect contrast. Nike Kobe 9 Elite “Sequoia”

The Nike Kobe IX takes on a nature theme with this upcoming “Sequoia” colorway. The sneakers Flyknit upper has been wrapped in a beautiful orange and dark green color combo, held together with Hyper Crimson laces. Reflective Silver has been used for the graphics, and provides somewhat of a high-tech contrast to the sneaker’s otherwise nature-themed color palette. A matching Reflective Silver outsole provides the cushioning. The Nike Kobe 9 “Sequoia” will hit stores on Wednesday, November 26, with online availability on Nike.com starting at 8:00 am EDT. with the retail price set at $225.

Air Jordan VI (6) Retro Black / Infrared 23 – Almost Here

Air Jordan 13 Retro Black / Gym Red-Black – New Images, Release Info

Looks like we have a name change going on here. Originally thought to be Black/Infrared23, it seems Jordan Brand decided to go with Gym Red instead for its upcoming Air Jordan 13 Retro colorway. Similar to the Playoff (or All-Star) colorway, this pair sports and all-black upper constructed of quilted leather and suede, with Gym Red used for the graphics and outsole pods. The Black/Gym Red-Black Air Jordan 13 Retro will release on December 13, retailing for $185.

Nike Lunar TR1 “Oregon”

Nike steps away from the Air Jordan limited releases to give us a more easily accessible Oregon Ducks-themed sneaker in the Nike Lunar TR1. Sporting a bright yellow upper, this pair has been decorated with a black winged graphic, finished off with a white swoosh, with Oregon’s mascot proudly displayed on the tongue. Green eyelets hold the sneaker’s yellow laces in place. You’ll be able to get these on Nike.com on Wednesday, November 26 at 8:00 am EST. Retail price is set at $120.

Nike 2014 OHSU Doernbecher Collection Released Today

Today marks the release of Nike’s 11th Doernbecher Collection. Nike has been on a role with sneakerboot releases, so it comes as no surprise to see Chris Paul’s recent Instagram post of a pair of Air Jordan 1 boots. It sports a tan full-leather upper, boot laces and eyelets, and a gum sole. In addition,  metal plates have been placed on both the laces and tongue. It’s unknown as to whether this pair is an exclusive for CP3 or an actual production model, but don’t be surprised to see at least one Air Jordan 1 Sneakerboot in the future.

Nike Air Force 1 Low CMFT Signature “Kyrie Irving”

Cleveland Cavaliers superstar Kyrie Irving has gotten the signature treatment with his very own Nike Air Force 1 colorways. The first colorway consists of a black upper with transparent panels on the toe box and sides, finished off with bright yellow graphics. A similar lay has been chosen for the second colorway, which sports a primarily blue on grey color palette, held together with white laces and matching lining. Both colorways sport Kyrie’s initials on the side, and his name has been embroidered onto the tongue logo. Matching socks are available as well. Created as a tribute to New York City this pair takes design cues from the Statue of Liberty, sporting a shiny Cement Grey leather upper contrasted with deep black applied to the tongue, laces, and midsole.
