Air Jordan 7 “Championship Pack”

Still feeding off the everlasting popularity of Jordan Brand’s Defining Moments and Cigar/Champagne releases, Jordan Brand has created the Air Jordan 7 Championship Pack. Reportedly created to celebrate MJ’s first two back-to-back NBA Championship victories against the L.A. Lakers in 1991 and the Portland Trailblazers in 1992, this pack will include two very unique versions of the Air Jordan 7. The first pair sports and burgundy suede upper white accents gold graphics and a gum outsole. The second pair has received a simplistic white and gold design with metallic gold on the tongue and ankle areas. Both pairs sport gold championship ring lacelocks.

The Air Jordan 7 Championship Pack is rumored to release on June 20 and will be sold separately, with an expected $250 price tag of $250 a pair. More info on this pack will be posted as it becomes available.

Nike Chuck Posite – Black / White-Court Purple

Thanks to popular demand, the Nike Chuck Posite gets another release to finish off the first half of 2015. This new colorway combines a black Foamposite upper with a Court Purple tongue and matching elastic straps, with both colors contrasted by speckled white graphics. Black dotted laces and a translucent sole complete the look. This sneaker is available now at the Japan-based Atmos. It remains unknown as to whether this colorway will release in the U.S., but more information will be posted as it becomes available.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Chicago” Almost Here

We’re now less than a week away from Jordan Brand’s release of the “Chicago” Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG. The grandaddy of the Air Jordan line, this particular colorway was worn during MJ’s initial debut of the Air Jordan 1 on November 17, 1984, in which the Bulls played against 76ers. Mike scored a mere 16 points as the pulls lost 100-109, but it was enough to establish the Air Jordan as Nike’s premier basketball sneaker.

Releasing as part of Jordan Brand’s remastered series, this will be the most accurate pair we’ve seen since the sneaker’s 1994 re-release. The White/Black-Varsity Red Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG will hit stores on Saturday, May 30, with pricing set at $160. Store like Nike.com will release the sneaker beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST.
