With the Nike Kobe 11 quickly approaching, Nike is saying goodbye to the Kobe 11 with an inevitable release of the Nike What The Kobe 10. Those familiar with Nike’s What The releases have come to expect a flamboyant multitude of various colors and patterns, and this sneaker doesn’t disappoint.

The Nike What The Kobe 10 sports its traditional Flyknit upper, featuring sections of green, turquoise, purple, and red, just to name a few. The ankle area is constructed of black fabric, with wording printed over the tongue. The tongue logo is embroidered in a multi-colored pattern.

Air Jordan 14 OG Indiglo and Oxidized Green Colorways in 2016

2015 looks to be another great year for the Air Jordan 14, as the company plans to bring back both the sneaker’s “Indiglo” and “Oxidized Green” colorways. Not seen since their original 1998 releases, both of these colorways have been highly sought after by collectors, but unfortunately are quite difficult to come by. The re-release of both sneakers should receive a warm welcome. At the moment, it’s unknown as when these colorways will exactly hit stores, but expect a $190 price tag. White Air Jordan 8 OVO

Jordan Brand expands its OVO collection to create one of the cleanest Air Jordan VIII colorways we’ve seen to date. This new design sports a bright white base, complemented with multi-toned gold accents near the midsole area. In addition, the heel tab is gold in color, and features the lineup’s OVO owl symbol.

Here’s an official look at the upcoming Air Jordan 4 Retro Alternate 89 colorway. An all-new design for the sneaker, this pair pays tribute’s to player exclusive colorways, and gives us a glimpse of what MJ would have worn had the sneaker been released during his first year as a Chicago Bull. Designed to match the team’s early uniforms, it sports a mostly white leather upper, contrasted with Gym Red netting and matching lace tabs and graphics. Nike Kobe 11 Elite Low Achilles Heel – First Look, Release Date

Even in what looks to be his last year as a professional basketball player, Kobe’s sneaker game remains stronger than ever. Next month, Nike will release his eleventh primary signature shoe with the company, the Nike Kobe 11. This new model retains the low cut that Kobe models have been known for, as well as the use of Flyknit construction for the upper. Cushioning is provided via a Lunarlon sole and Zoom Air unit.

This first release takes inspiration from Kobe’s dreadful Achilles tendon injury, which occurred during at the end of one of the Black Mamba’s most efficient seasons. An elite colorway, it sports a combination of University Red and black, blended into a beautiful gradient pattern, with a snakeskin-like print placed on its black swoosh. Black laces and metallic gold tongue laces add extra personality to the sneaker. On the heel of the left sneaker, you’ll find four red stripes, symbolizing Kobe’s surgery following the injury, while a Greek hero logo has been placed on the right heel.

The Nike Kobe 11 Elite Low Achilles Heel colorway is scheduled to release on January 9, 2016, priced at $200.

Jordan Brand is planning to revive the Air Jordan 5 Retro Low in 2016 with some hot new releases. This particular colorway takes inspiration from China, and sports a mostly black and Bright Crimson color scheme. A multitude of colors have been applied to the tongue, heel, and midsole to really bring out the sneaker’s personality. Black netting has been applied in favor of the usual clear style, while a translucent outsole does the rest. This sneaker does not have a release date at this point, but is expected to drop in the U.S. sometime next year.
