What’s cooler than a player who has his own signature shoe? A player who has two signature shoes, of course. Taking inspiration from the Nike Zoom Kobe VI and Kobe’s “Black Mamba” nickname, Nike has created the Zoom Kobe Venomenon. This first colorway features a mostly black upper with volt green graphics. A combination of leather, nubuck, and mesh fabric has been used.
Here’s a look at the Air Jordan V Retro Premio, the next release in Jordan Jordan Brand’s Bin 23 Premio series. This pair has a black leather upper, which including the side netting, which is a step away from the traditional clear netting used on previous releases. The flames have been done in silver with black speckles, and white laces have been used. The shoe is finished off with the usual 3M reflective tongue and icey sole. If you’re looking for a pair of shoes that can be worn with anything, this new Nike Air Classic BW colorway might be the one for you. a number of shades of black and grey, this sneaker is all business and has a super clean look to it. If you don’t mind paying the international, you can get these now at JDSports.
Nike SB kicks the year off with this all new Blazer colorway. This pair has a green and black upper, with a white sole. Ok, there’s nothing special about these, they are quite simplistic in color scheme, but tastefully done, and will go well with most outfits.
With only a week left before release, it’s time to take a second, more detailed look at the upcoming White/Neutral Grey-Concord-Black Nike Zoom Kobe VI. This pair has a white and neutral grey upper, with a black swoosh. The sneaker is finished off with a concord and white sole and a matching concord sock liner. They Concord Kobe VI will release on Saturday, January 15.

Here’s a look at the White/Black colorway of the upcoming Air Jordan 2011. The 2011s feature a perforated upper, decorated with what looks to be MJ’s fingerprint. They have been finished off with an icey clear sole. Not sure how well these will do in stores, but I already sense mixed reviews coming from fellow sneakerheads. What do you guys think?
Almost here! We’ve only got about two weeks left before the White/Fire Red-Cement Grey-Black Air Jordan IIIs make their return, so here’s some pics to help ease the wait time. As you can see, these are pretty close to the 2003 release. The only noticeable difference is the use of thicker lines on the elephant print. They will release on Saturday, 1/22/2011. These should be available at most stores, but if you’d rather be safe than sorry, you can cop now on ebay.

Yep, another crazy hybrid. This time, instead of picking a few models in numerical order to combine, Jordan Brand has gone quite random, and selected the Air Jordan VI and Air Jordan XVII as its inspiration. Considering their sum (6 + 17 = 23), I guess it’s not really that random, just weird. Anyway enjoy the pics, I’ll post more on these as it becomes available.

As a sneaker head, I’ve always been obsessed with having socks to match my shoes. If I’m wearing black shoes, I gotta have black socks, if I’m wearing white shoes, I gotta have white socks, and so on. Last month, I posted pics of the Glass Blue Nike Air Max 24/7 colorway. This month, we get a look at the new Neutral Grey/Orange Blaze-Medium Grey-Cool Grey pair. Yeah, I know, long color scheme, but basically they are grey and orange, and look clean as hell. You can cop these now at KicksCrew.
Check out the latest colorway of the Air Jordan Take Flight, one of the latest sneakers to join Jordan Brand’s lineup. A nice contrast to the White Varsity Red/Black colorway released earlier this year, this Black/Varsity Purple pair has a mostly black upper, held together with purple and white stitching. Also, the purple air bubbles on the sole are a beautiful touch.
Here’s a new pair of Air Jordan Is for the little ladies. This pair has a beautiful daybreak upper, using a combination of suede and the material that you typically see on womens’ lingerie. Ink purple laces add the finishing touches.
