His pro career might be all but over, but during his heyday, Darius Miles was not only known for being a good basketball player, but for rocking the hottest player exclusive Air Jordans as well. It has the common white upper, surrounded by an incredibly bright orange patent leather. A set of matching orange eyelets and a blue Jumpman on the outsole add the finishing touches. From Phase2.

It’s been a long time since we’ve seen these, but according to GP during a signing session with a fan, they are coming back out in October 2012. Gary Payton is expected to get inducted into the NBA Hall of Fame, so it’s no surprise to see a re-release in the works. More to come. For now, check out the video and pics of the originals.

Nike LeBron 9 “Christmas Day” – New Pics
Things were looking pretty bleak for a while, but it looks like we’ll get to watch the NBA on Christmas after all. For LeBron fans, what better way to celebrate than with a pair of “Christmas Day” Nike LeBron IXs? Draped in enough red to make Santa jealous, this pair gets additional color thanks to a white swoosh and a set of green and white laces. Don’t forget about the icy clear sole. There’s no official release date for these yet, but I expect to see them release on either Christmas as an online exclusive or in stores on Saturday, Dec. 26. Stay tuned for more. From Kickz-Lab.

Nike Air Max JR “Eggplant”
Out of all of the recently popular color schemes to hit multiple Nikes, (Wolf Grey, Volt, etc.) Eggplant is definitely my favorite. I’ve always been a fan of purple, so it suits me perfectly. The Nike Air Max JR is the latest Nike to receive the eggplant treatment. This pair has been wrapped in eggplant, with the exception of the black tongue and black/3M mesh combo. you can cop these now at your local Footlocker.
