Air Jordan VI/VII Retro “Gold Medal” Pack Release Info
Finally, we have some release info on the upcoming Air Jordan VI/VII “Gold Medal” Pack. This pack which will include a White/Gold Air Jordan VI colorway and a Black/Gold-White Air Jordan VII, is scheduled to release in August, just in time for the 2012 Summer Olympics. Retail price is expected to be right at $350, a $40 increase over the usual $310 for Jordan double packs. Nike Zoom Kobe VII “Shark” Available Now in Asia
While we are still waiting on their U.S. release, the “Great White Shark” Nike Zoom Kobe VII has already began to release in Asia. Created as part of the Predator pack, this pair has received oceanic print, which creates the appearance of being in water. White and Current Blue accents cover the rest of the sneaker. Nike Dunk High AC – Khaki/Khaki-White
Here’s a brand new high top colorway of Nike’s alternate version of the popular Dunk, the Dunk AC. This design features an all-suede upper done in khaki. A white sole and matching tongue provide a nice contrast. No word on a possible U.S. release for these yet, but you can get them online at Titolo.
Nike Cortez “Lilac”
Even after all of these years, Nike still manages to give us new colorways of the Nike Cortez. Here’s a look at this upcoming “Lilac” release. The upper has been done in lilac and bright blue, complemented with a brown swoosh, and a white and brown sole. No official release date yet, but expect to see these in stores in the near future.

Finally, we have some release info on the upcoming “Crown Royal” Nike Dunk SB Low, a colorway inspired by the whisky of the same name. Done in purple suede, contrasted with a gold swoosh, tongue logo and matching laces, this pair is an alcoholic’s dream. They are scheduled to hit skateshops in April, and are sure to go fast. Nike Sportswear Kobe Destroyer Jacket
Love him or hate him, with all of his records, NBA championship rings (five and counting), and a recent series of 40+ point games, it’s hard to deny that Kobe Bryant is the best player in the game today, even at age 33. If you are a fan of the Black Mamba, you’ll definitely want to check out this new Destroyer jacket, just recently released by Nike Sportswear. Completely blacked out, this jacket uses a combination of a suede body and leather sleeves. On the chest, an emblem that reads “KNOW” “ORIGINATE”. “BATTLE” has been embroidered on the left arm, and the roman numeral XXIV (24) has been placed on the back in bold letters. Nike LeBron IX “Cool Grey”
The 2011-2012 NBA season just barely started three weeks ago, but Nike has already released a ton of Nike LeBron IX colorways. Just like the season, it appears there’s a lot more in store for the LeBron 9s. Here’s a look at this upcoming “Cool Grey” colorway. The entire upper has been done in the popular cool grey with the exception of the graphics, which were done in white. A grey and white sole completes the look. Jordan Son of Mars – White/Club Purple – New Images
We haven’t heard much about them since last fall, but finally here’s some new images of the upcoming White/Club Purple Jordan Son of Mars. A white upper with grey laser etching has been used, while black covers the heel and lace area. Taking a bit of inspiration from the “Grape” Air Jordan Vs, a purple Jumpman has been placed on the reflective tongue, which is a perfect match for the purple and white midsole. Nike Blazer High SB “Nylon Swoosh”
We’ve seen nylon uppers on a number of different Nike models both old and new, but one thing that usually doesn’t receive the nylon treatment is the swoosh. This new Blazer High colorway proves that there’s a first time for everything. Using a navy suede upper, this sneaker has received a bright red nylon swoosh. It turns out to be a really nice look, especially with the white outsole. They are expected to hit stores this fall.
