Many of you probably remember the Citrus Air Jordan XI Retro Lows from 2000, but Jordan Brand also considered making a mid-cut version at some point. Here’s a look at what might have been. Just like the low top version, the upper has been done mostly in white, but with Citrus orange used on the tongue logo Jumpman and sole. Also, J-O-R-D-A-N has been placed on the eyelets in Citrus. This pair may never receive a public release, but you can still get the low top version on eBay.

No, the “XXX” doesn’t stand for an adult film, but rather the Roman numeral for 30. Believe it or not, 2012 marks the 30th anniversary of the Nike Air Force 1. To celebrate its timeless classic, Nike has created two special low top colorways called the Nike Air Force 1 XXX. With the first colorway, Nike decided to go all-out with 3M material covering almost all of the upper with it, with the exception of the white swoosh and tongue logo. A translucent white sole completes the look. The second colorway also makes use of 3M material, but combines it with black denim, and black boot eyelets. Both colorways have received a metallic plate up front. There’s no official release date yet, but I’ll keep you guys posted. From Crookedtongues.

While Nike manages to give us stateside folks the classic “Infrared” Nike Air Max 90 almost every year, they seemed to forget about us when they released the all-new “Reverse Infrared colorway overseas last year. That is, until now. Recently, U.S. stores have began receiving the shoe, which has the popular Black, Infrared, White, and 3M color palette. You can get them now at stores like Footlocker, as well as on eBay.
As with every LeBron model, Nike has created a special version of the Nike LeBron 9 as a tribute to LBJ’s alma matter, St. Vincent St. Mary. It has a white and Pine Green upper, finished off with gold graphics. The usual LeBron logo has replaced with the word “IRISH”. No word yet on if we’ll get a public release for these, but stay tuned.

We can’t leave out the ladies. Check out this new Womens Air Max 90 colorways. Done completely in Mulberry leather, Jersey gold has been used to cover the graphics, as well as the the fabric underneath the mesh material. You can get these now at Kicks Crew, and eBay as well.
Tonight we get a second look at the Black/Midnight Fog-Navy-White Nike Dunk Low Pro SBs. They have a black suede upper, with what looks to be a 3M reflective swoosh and navy accents. Overall, a very subtle but versatile color scheme. They are beginning to hit stores both in the U.S. and overseas, so check your local skate shop if you’d like to cop a pair. From Civilist.
Foamposite mania continues with the upcoming “Electrolime” Nike Air Foamposite Ones. Done in a bright yellow and completed with an icy clear sole, this pair might be too flashy for some, but the hardcore Foam fans will find these irresistible. They are scheduled to drop in the U.S. on March 17, but overseas stores will carry them as well.

Another colorway joins this year’s Nike Dunk High AC lineup, this time in Black and Cool Grey. The upper has received a combination of suede and wool, with Cool Grey and on the toe and swoosh areas, while black covers the rest. An awesome set of spotted laces really brings this sneaker to life. You can get the at Titolo.
Despite all of the hype from last weekend, Nike isn’t done celebrating Black History month just yet. The Nike Air Max 1 is the latest sneaker to join the lineup. Not only does is celebrate Black History month, it also gives tribute to the 2002 Brazilian soccer team. The upper has been primarily done in grey and brown suede, while Brazilian flag-colored laces and graphics add some personality. A black swoosh and Brazilian-colored outsole do the rest. Man, I love shrimp (had a shrimp poboy today). Apparently, someone at Nike does, too. Here’s a look at the Nike Dunk Low Pro SB “Shrimp”. Done in black leather with a red swoosh and white laces, the upper has received a graphic of a swoosh near the heel. A white and grey sole complete the look. Light pink, or shrimp-colored pair of laces have been included as a nice alternative. It’s a simple colorway overall, but it works. If they haven’t already, the Dunk SB Shrimp should be arriving at your local skate shop this month.

The classic Nike Air Max 90 has once again been upgraded with the latest technology, but this time it’s a hybrid of two previous reincarnations. By combining the sole of the Air Max 90 Current and the sturdy, seamless construction of the Air Max 90 VT, Nike has created the Nike Air Max 90 Current VT LSR (keeps getting longer, huh?). This first colorway is sure to turned heads, thanks to a metallic silver upper, finished off with white graphics and matching laces. Taking inspiration from the classic Nike Dunk Low SB colorway of the same name, Shop Impeccable’s Alexander Borgella has created this beautiful pair of “Pigeon” Air Jordan VIs. The upper has been done in two shades of grey followed by pink accents on the tongue and Jumpman logo. The once clear sections of the sole have been dyed an icy pink. To finish things off, a graphics of a pigeon and it’s droppings have been embroidered on near the heel. Usually poop on a shoe is a bad thing, but time it definitely works. If you’d like to own a pair, they are available in very limited quantities at Shop Impeccable.

As usual, Nike created a special lineup for the NFL Pro Bowl. This year, the pack included a few trainers like the Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse, Nike Free Trainer 5.0 V3, and the Nike Trainer 1.3 Max Breathe. These pairs never received a public release, but fortunately seller zoomkobepe has the Air Max 90 and the Free 5.0 available on eBay. This might be one of your last chances to cop these, so don’t sleep.
