A combination of Wolf Grey and Cool Grey has been been used on the leather and canvas upper, while a white swoosh and bright green laces really being the sneaker to life. The Air Jordan 1 Phat returns with just in time for spring with this fresh new colorway. A white base has been used, combined peat moss on the mesh and toe panels, and completed with a khaki swoosh. This pair is due out later this month.

After seeing a number of images, we finally have a release date for the White/Club Purple Jordan Son of Mars. They are scheduled to drop Saturday, April 7, and will retail for $160. Created as a follow-up to the Jordan Spizike, the Son of Mars has received mixed reviews and has become Jordan Brand’s love-it-or-hate-it sneaker. What’s your opinion on these?
It appears that the popular South Beach theme won’t be limited to just the Nike LeBron 9 Elite, but will be applied to the low top version as well. Here’s a first look at the Nike LeBron 9 Low South Beach, which uses similar colors, just applied differently. It uses a mostly silver upper, with hot pink on the sock liner, tongue, swoosh. Turquoise has been limited to the eyelets and outsole, and white laces add the finishing touches. No official release date yet, but expect one to surface soon.

Here’s a detailed look at the upcoming “Easter” Nike Zoom KD IVs. It uses a combination of Teal an Turquoise finished off with white accents. Nike has created the Euro 2012 Pack, which will include six different designs, all with unique color palettes. It’s been a while since we’ve heard anymore about the Nike Zoom Kobe VII “Poison Dart Frog”, but they are quickly approaching their release date, and will be in stores very soon. Using a Mint Candy and black color combo, they have been created as part of the Predator Pack and have been themed after the poison dart frogs found in Central and South America. A graphic of a frog has been embroidered on the heel of the shoe. The Poison Dart Frogs are scheduled to release this Friday, April 6, and will retail for $140. From SS.

Last weekend at the 11th annual Michael Jordan Celebrity Golf Tournament, NFL star Dwight Freeney was spotted rocking a pair of custom Air Jordan XII Playoff golf cleats. As you can see from the pic below, they they have been made in low top form, just like any other cleat. No word if Jordan Brand plans to produce a cleat version of the Playoff 12s, but stay tuned for more on these.

After years of rumors, Jordan Brand finally collaborated with Nike to create a commemorative pack for Michael Jordan. Designed to celebrate the 30th anniversary of MJ’s game winning shot against Georgetown in the 1982 NCAA Championship, the pack includes a size 13 pair of Converse shoes and a size 40 UNC jersey, both signed by His Airness and placed in a beautiful wooden case. The packs are limited to just 30 pairs, and include a certificate of authenticity. All proceeds will go to the James R. Jordan Foundation. The pack is only available through auction on eBay. Finally we get a first look at the upcoming Black/Photo Blue-White Air Jordan 9. The partially leather upper has been in almost completely black, with Photo Blue used for the eyelets, stitching, and tongue logo. A white outsole provides a nice contrast to the dark-colored upper. Jordan Brand has finally decided to update its box with a brand new design. This time, a matte black color has been chosen, with small details, like a Jumpman on either end of the box, as well as a thumbprint, all done in a glossy black. The latest version of Nike’s Huarache basketball sneaker continues to expand in color options, and this latest release does not disappoint. Done mostly in black with red accents, and a white Nike Free sole, this pair is sure to break necks while you take it to the hoop. You can get the black/red-white Nike Air Huarache Free Basketball 2012 in most stores now, retailing for $115.
For those of you that prefer to shoot hoops in low tops, soon you will have one more option thanks to the upcoming Jordan Blazin’. The majority of the upper consists of a lightweight Hyperfuse material, which provides both comfort and breathability. Cushioning is provided a via an Air Jordan 2011 outsole. So far, two colorways are planned, Black/White-Varsity Red and White/Metallic Silver-White. The Jordan Blazin is expected to drop in May, and will retail for $110.
