In another collaboration with Levi’s, Nike has created this beautiful Nike Dunk Low Pro SB “Black Denim” sneaker. With the exception of the leather swoosh, the entire upper has been wrapped in black denim, matched with black laces and finished off with a red outsole. Expect to see these in skateshops very shortly.
I’ve never really been a big Watchmen fan (I hate Dr. Manhattan), but this Comedian-themed Air Jordan VI custom by Sekure really caught my eye. Starting with the Olympic Air Jordan VI as a base, the upper was dyed black, and a number of details were placed on the inner panels to represent the story’s most controversial hero (or villain). Some of the more easily-recognized ones are the Comedian’s lood-stained smiley face and stars and stripes. Also note the “blood-splattered” midsole, another nice detail. Whether you like Watchmen or not, there’s no denying that this is a very well-designed and highly-detailed custom. You can get these now at Sekure D.

Another old school Nike joins the “London” line up, but without the previously-seen Navy-white combo. Using the Nike Air Flight ’89, a beautiful electric blue has been applied to the upper, contrasted with a volt swoosh and hot pink laces and accents. A black and white midsole completes the color palette. Expect to see these in stores soon. From SF.
Whether you prefer to call them “Charcoal” or “Raptors” there’s no doubt that this is easily one of the most beloved Air Jordan 7 colorways. Here’s another look at the upcoming 2012 version, which looks as clean as ever. This pair is very close to the 2002 release, with Charcoal suede all around, finished off with True Red and Club Purple accents. It’s been awhile since we’ve heard any news about these, but finally here’s some release info on the “Memphis Blues” Nike Zoom Rookie LWP. It turns out that they are actually dropping soon, this Saturday, August 4, to be exact. It’s uncertain as whether all shops will get these, but you can at least expect to see them at House of Hoops stores. If you don’t have one nearby, you can get them on eBay as well.
Here’s another London-themed Nike, this time for you old school heads. This Nike Air Force 1 High model has been covered in navy, finished with a metallic silver and white swoosh, and topped off with matching white laces. You can get these now at select stores like Oneness for $100.

You’ve heard the rumors, you knew it was inevitable, and now the time is finally here. Tonight we get a first look at the upcoming Nike LeBron X. Shown here are two colorways, Black/Red-White and White and White/Navy-Metallic Gold. Perhaps we will see this white/gold colorway on LeBron’s feet during the Olympics. Not much is known about the LeBron 10 yet, but it does look like the Flywire remains from the previous mode. Expect more info to be revealed in the near future. Keep checking back!

Staying as true to the original version as possible, gone is the Mars Blackmon logo seen on the 2006 version. For those of you who aren’t feeling the Nike Air Max 95 BB, here’s another AM95 model that still manages a weight reduction without straying away from the original design. Instead of the traditional leather, suede, or patent leather fabrics, the upper has been wrapped in Engineered Mesh. This fabric helps to significantly lighten the sneaker and from the looks of things, adds some extra breatheability. This The Air Max 95 Engineered Mesh will release sometime in spring 2013, undoubtedly with more colorways to follow.
While not a officially a Team USA colorway, this new Nike Dunk Low Pro SB has clearly been inspired by the United States. Covered mostly in navy suede, Gym Red has been used on the swoosh, sock liner, and tongue logo. Both obsidian and white laces have been included. You can get these at skate shops now.
Here’s a second look at the upcoming Black/Varsity Red-White “Toro” Jordan Spi’zikes. Reminiscent of the Toro Air Jordan Vs from the Raging Bull Pack, this sneaker has a mostly red upper, finished with black eyelets and a matching black and white sole. The Nike Air Max Hyperposite is really beginning to gain popularity, and Nike is churning out more and more hot designs. Today we get a first glimpse at the Black/Bright Crimson color scheme. Mostly covered in black, it gets a little flavor thanks to bright crimson on the graphics, sole and lace tips. Expect to see these drop along with the first few colorways, retailing for $200. August brings us two new colorways of the Jordan BCT Mid. The first pair uses a combination of black and Cool Grey, complemented with royal on the laces, liner, and outsole. The second pair has a black, charcoal and red color scheme, finished off with a white outsole. Both pairs will retail for $95.
