Another classic Allen Iverson sneaker is coming our way, and this time it’s one of the most popular models ever.. The Reebok Answer 1, Reebok’s followup to the Question, was the first Iverson model to use Reebok’s DMX technology.  This colorway has a black leather upper, matched with white accents and metallic gold graphics. An OG colorway, you can expect these to move pretty fast. The Black/Gold Reebok Answer I is scheduled to release on May 24, 2013. No word yet on pricing, but stay tuned for more.

Reminder – Air Jordan XX8 New Colorways Releasing Tomorrow

Just a quick reminder that tomorrow will mark the release of two new Air Jordan XX8 colorways, Black/Bright Crimson and Black/White-Gym Red-Anthracite. Both colorways will only be available at select stores, and while most of those stores implemented the ticketing system, you may be able to get a stray pair or two. They will also be available online. If all else fails, you can always get these on eBay. Good luck!

Nike Roshe Run “Black/Cement” Customs by JP Custom Kicks

What do you get when you cross the classic Black/Cement Grey Air Jordan III with one of Nike’s most popular sneakers? The end result is what you see below. Created by JP Custom Kicks, this custom creation takes inspiration from the legendary Air Jordan sneaker, featuring a black upper, with grey and red accents. The most important modification, however, is the use of Elephant Print on the tongue and heel. We’ll probably never see Nike’s take on this, but if the idea ever comes to mind, I wouldn’t have it any different that this pair.

Nike Barkley Posite Max “Splatter” New Images

Here’s another look at the “Splatter” or Black/Metallic Silver-Gamma Blue Nike Barkley Posite Max. This pair has a metallic silver Foamposite upper, but really stands out thanks to it’s black upper, covered in Gamma Blue splatter marks. Gamma Blue has also been used on the eyelets, laces, and graphics to provide a fluid theme. A much lighter, translucent blue has been used on the sole. The release date for these remains unknown, but will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

NBA x Enterbay Michael Jordan 1/6 Scale “Away” Figure

Just when you thought that you’d finally outgrown your action figures, here’s one that’ll make you feel like a kid all over again. Enterbay has created this highly-detailed 1/6 scale Michael Jordan figure. Featuring His Airness in a Bulls Red/Black-White “Away” uniform, this fully-poseable model also includes three miniature classic sneakers, the Concord Air Jordan XI, Steel Grey Air Jordan X, and White/Red-Black Air Jordan II. It also comes with several sets of hands all magnetized. A Spalding basketball and MVP trophy is included as well (hence the magnet). With so much detail and quality put into these, don’t expect the price to be cheap. Obtaining one of these figures will set you back about $260. They are expected to ship in June, but you can pre-order them now at Enterbay.

2013 Air Jordan V (5) Retro White/Fire Red-Black – New Images

Finally we have a decent look at the upcoming White/Fire Red-Black Air Jordan 5 Retro. This pair features a white upper, matched with black and red accents, and is basically a reverse of the White/Black-Fire Red model released in January. Staying true to it’s previous releases, MJ’s “23” has been embroidered on the side in black and red stitching. They are currently scheduled to release on August 31, 2013, and should retail for the usual $160 price. Which version do you like more?

Nike Womens Air Max 1 Hyperfuse – Hyper Blue/Total Crimson

It’s not that often we get new colorways of the Nike Air Max 1 Hyperfuse, Nike’s lightweight, seamless reincarnation of the classic sneaker. Tonight, however, we’ve got one just for the ladies. This new womens colorway haas received a combination of Hyper Blue and  Total Crimson, mixed with a pale blue on the swoosh, toe, and midsole areas. As you can see, the colors are somewhat translucent, creating an interested effect in the areas where they merge together A set of Hyper Blue laces keeps the theme going.  You can get these now at shops like Extra Butter.

Nike Air Max 95 “Spring/Summer” Releases

Check out these hot new Nike Air Max colorways, releasing just in time to end spring and help begin summer. The first pair features a light grey to anthracite gradient pattern, contrasted with bright orange accents. The second pair features a similar gradient pattern, but with a bright blue used on the graphics and eyelets. No word yet on a U.S. release, but they are expected to drop Saturday, April 27  at the Tokyo-based shop Mita.

Nike has teamed up with Liberty of London once again to create this beautiful Nike Air Max 1 Color. This pair features a pixlated upper that almost resembles a Nintendo cartridge gone bad. Air Jordan 1 Mid – Metallic Silver / Laser Purple-Deep Royal Blue

Here’s an Air Jordan 1 Mid colorway that should do well with both the men an women. It features a light grey suede  and mesh upper,  mixed with a deep blue on the tongue, swoosh, and laces. Purple has been used on the tongue logo and outsole to add a hit on femininity, but so much as to scare away the guys. This colorway is beginning to hit stores now, but if you can’t find a pair in your area, you can get them on eBay.

Nike LeBron X “Pure Platinum” New Images

Here’s another look at the upcoming “Pure Platinum” Nike LeBron X. Taking what looks to be a “Miami Nights” inspiration, this pair features a metallic silver base, splattered with turquoise, pink and blue. Turquoise has been used on the sockliner and outsole as well, while a swoosh and black midsole do the rest. Air Jordan 5 (V) Retro White/Fire Red-Black 2013, Release Info

When Jordan Brand released the White/Black-Fire Red Air Jordan 5 Retro in January, many sneakerheads were disappointed that Jordan Brand didn’t release it’s inverse colorway, the White/Fire Red-Black version. As it turns out, Jordan Brand didn’t forget about fans of that sneaker. From the looks of things they are actually planning to release it this year as well. The current scheduled date is August 31, 2013. To top things off, these pictures surfaced on the Web earlier tonight. It hasn’t been confirmed that these are in fact the 2013 version, but check back for an update in the near future.
