Gamma Blue continues to hold the throne as the dominant color in the Nike world, with the Jordan 6 Rings serving as its latest example. This new design features a black base, accentuated with Gamma Blue on the sock liner, strap stitching and outsole. Cool grey has been used on the midsole and heel areas as a supporting color, while a hint of Maize can be seen on the inner liner and tongue logo. Originally thought to be a GS exclusive, it looks like this pair will drop in both mens and kids sizes after all. They are scheduled to hit stores on December 7, 2013.

You may have noticed that Jordan Brand has been applying elephant print to most of the its upcoming Jordan 6 Rings releases lately, but here’s one of the best examples yet. Called the “Bred Elephant”, this pair combines the traditional black and red Air Jordan color scheme with an anthracite version of Jordan’s most popular fabrics. White pods on the sole help to complete the theme that all Chicago Bulls fans adore. Unfortunately, it appears that this model will only release as a GS (grade school) release. Jordan Brand shows its Christmas spirit with this fresh Air Jordan 1 Mid colorway. This pair makes use of Gym Red leather joined with a dark green wool fabric on the inner panels. Nike SB gets in on the 2014’s Black History Month celebration, and here’s a first look at what they’ve come up with. This pair consists primarily of black suede, with the exception of a 3M reflective tribal pattern at the rear. A beautiful red-to-purple gradient pattern wraps around the midsole, which is mated to an icy clear outsole. The finishing touches are provided thank to a metallic gold lace grommet and the “BHM” tongue logo. Expect this colorway to hit stores in February.
The end of the year is closing in, but Jordan Brand still has a few hot Air Jordan 1 releases up its sleeve. This design makes use of deep black leather, joined metallic gold on the ankle and toe box areas. Gym Red embroidery has been used to outline the matching gold swoosh and create the graphics. The finishing touches are provided via Royal Blue lining and a white and red sole.
