While most Air Jordan models worn on the court by His Airness have received more than a fair share of releases, the Air Jordan 18 is one exception. Aside from its 2008 release alongside the Air Jordan 5 in 2008’s Colleczione pack, this sneaker hasn’t received any retro releases. What better way to finally get things going than with this upcoming White/Sport Royal release? An original colorway worn during MJ’s days with the Washington Wizards, this pair is sure to garner some attention.
Sporting a white leather upper, this colorway is complemented with Sport Royal accents, and a matching liner. The Jumpman logo on the shroud has been embroidered in metallic silver, while white laces ensure a snug fit at all times. The sole is molded in Sport Royal, providing a nice touch to the sleek, simplistic design.
An official release date has not yet been announced for the White/Sport Royal Air Jordan XVIII, but expect the sneaker to hit stores sometime in January 2018 as a general release. The sneaker will most likely retail for $225 and will be followed by additional colorways. What’s your take on the return of the Air Jordan 18?
