Nike pays tribute to NFL legend Jerry Rice with this beautiful new Nike Air Trainer 1 Mid Premium release. Taking inspiration from his 49ers days, this sneaker comes equipped with a white leather base accentuated with metallic gold across the mid foot area, and contrasted by Pueblo Red graphics. A hint of black has been applied as well, and can be seen on the strap and seam separating the upper from the sole. As a very special detail, the graphic of a trowel has been placed on the heel. The trowel pays tribute to Mr. Rice’s father, who was a bricklayer. Catching bricks while on the job site, Jerry was able to develop those world-renown wide received skills.
