Rare Air – Air Jordan XI (11) Retro “Blackout” Sample

Over the last few years, the blacked-out, or “murdered out” look has become incredibly popular, especially on sneakers. Apparently, someone at Jordan Brand was curious to see what a blacked-out pair of Air Jordan 11s would like, and the result is the sneaker shown here. As you can see, the entire sneaker has been done completely in black, with the exception of an icy clear outsole. It’d be really nice to see these go into the production, but from the tags it appears that this sample was produced for a Holiday 2010 release, so chances are a bit slim at this point.
