One of the main problems I’ve had with many past Air Jordans is the fact that they were mainly designed for use on an indoor basketball court. They work fine on hardcourt, but as soon as you step onto the concrete, the start to shred to pieces. Well, looks like Jordan Brand has finally figured this out.
Take a look at this new sneaker, which looks to be an outdoor version of the upcoming Air Jordan 2010. The window has been removed from the mid panel, and they have also added a strap, similar to the one seen on the Air Jordan VIII. Another nice touch is the perforated toe area, which should definitely help your feet to breathe during those long summer pickup games. This probably isn’t the official name for the shoe, but I’ll keep everyone up-to-date.
